Returns – Easy and Hassle-Free Return Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items by posting them back to our Online Returns Address. 

To be eligible for a refund, your order will need to meet the below:

  • Be within 30 days of the date of purchase
  • Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all packaging intact
  • Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Items are not labelled “Perfectly Imperfect Sale”

If you would like to use our automated Returns Portal click here. Otherwise, you can organise your own postage and pack your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging. You must include your tax invoice email you received with your initial order, printed out, when returning your items so we can correctly identify your order.

We strongly suggest you purchase tracking for your postage so you can track your purchase on its way back to us. Once we receive the package please allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you'll receive an email confirmation.
